For damp areas, use Dulux Aquatech Interior Waterproof Basecoat as recommended. Do not apply Dulux Velvet Touch Eterna on surfaces with continuous seepage or dampness. Priming: Apply Dulux Velvet Touch Eterna basecoat diluted to 50% and let it dry for 4-6 hours. Putty Application: Fill dents with Dulux Acrylic wall putty, let it dry for 6-8 hours, sand with 180-grit emery paper, and wipe clean. Priming (Post-Putty): Prime with Dulux Velvet Touch Eterna basecoat diluted to 50% and allow 4-6 hours to dry. Dilution: For Brilliant white & pastels, dilute 1 liter of paint with 250-300 ml water. For dark colors, use up to 200 ml water. Avoid over-dilution and shake well before use. Finishing: Stir well and apply 2-3 coats of Dulux Velvet Touch Eterna Topcoat Paint, allowing 4-6 hours of drying time between coats.” Health & Safety “”"Keep out of the reach of children, away from food, drinks and animal feed.
